Ⅰ. The corner groove connection is divided into special corner groove connection parts. We should select according to the specifications of the aluminium profiles we use. When joining, we need to pay attention to that the two profiles should be cut at an angle of 45 degrees before joining and fixing.
Ⅱ. The diagonal joint is used for connecting two profiles at non-90 degrees. When installing, it is hidden in the profile. Please pay attention to its connection mode, which requires machining holes and expanding holes at the end of the profile.
Ⅲ. Three-dimensional corner joint is the connection part for Zhuan of semi-circular arc profile. It should be noticed that the bolts used in connection are flat machine bolts or half-round head bolts for zhuan. Other bolts are not applicable.
Ⅳ. Slot connectors are mainly used for one-word connection of profiles. It should be noted that slot connectors are classified into national standard and European standard and are used on different types of profiles.
Ⅴ. Anchor connection pin is used for 90 degree connection of two profiles. Hole positions need to be machined according to physical dimensions when connecting, i.e. installation holes need to be punched on one profile.
Ⅵ. Connecting plates are divided into T-type connecting plates and L-type connecting plates, which do not need to be perforated and belong to external connecting parts with high connection strength. It should be noted that if the frame equipment has high requirements on appearance appearance, this connecting piece can not be used.
Ⅶ. The built-in connection is one of the common methods used in the internal connection of profiles. It should be noted that some frames can not use this connection if they need to install panels.
