Several common aluminum accessories and connection screws

Although aluminum parts are rich in types and can be selective, but when applied, we need to consider the selection of accessories and fastening method is reasonable,

which requires us to consider the connection strength, toughness, construction, appearance and other aspects, in order to achieve a best use effect;

Here we briefly introduce several commonly used aluminum parts and connecting bolts and screws for assembly frame, so as to serve as a reference;

1. The Angle yards

Corner code is one of the most commonly used fast connecting parts for Aluminum Profile frame assembly. It is divided into 6063 aluminum magnesium alloy and cast aluminum,

 with a variety of specifications, respectively suitable for the connection of different types of Aluminum Profiles. It is usually used with T-bolts and flange nuts during installation.

2. The connection Plate

The connecting plate is divided into three styles of T shape, cross shape and one shape, and is divided into various specifications. It is suitable for fast connection of 30, 40 and 45 series aluminum profiles, 

and is usually used with elastic nuts and half round head bolts when installed.

3. 2D Angle / 3D Angle connector

Two dimensional Angle and three dimensional Angle connector is one of the common connection ways of the assembly frame corner structure, the assembly effect is very beautiful, 

usually with the flat bolt used when installing, the reason is that the flat machine hole gasket structure design inside the connector;

4. Movable hinges

Movable hinge is a kind of adjustable connector, can realize the frame Angle adjustment and fixed after assembly, usually used as a special frame structure connection, 

assembly is usually used with flat machine bolts or cylindrical head bolts, before installation need to do tapping processing in the center hole of the aluminum profile;

5. Corner trough/bar connector

These two kinds of fittings are respectively used for the fixed connection of two aluminum profiles at right angles and straight lines. Before installation,

 only need to insert the fittings into the groove of the profile, and then use the top wire to lock it.

Above we briefly introduced several commonly used accessories and fasteners in the assembly process of aluminum profile frame,

from which we can find that the most common cylindrical head bolts have not been used, this is because cylindrical head bolts are usually directly used for the connection between profiles and profiles.

Do not need to be used with other accessories, before installation, the corresponding position in the end of the profile to hit the ladder hole,

another profile center hole to do tapping processing, and then the use of cylindrical head bolt connection can be, belongs to the most simple connection;
